"Camper Park Osada Bilsko Natury"

§ 1. Introduction

  1. By making a reservation, the guest of the Property confirms that they have read and accept the provisions of the full Terms and Conditions available at: https://osadabliskonatury.pl/en/terms-and-conditions/
  2. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests, including those who have booked their stay as well as their visitors.

§ 2. Reservations / Arrival / Departure / Check-In

  1. Reservations can only be made through the website www.osadabliskonatury.pl/en/camper-park-2/.
  2. The current price list is available on the website www.osadabliskonatury.pl/en/camper-park-2/.
  3. The camping day starts at 1:00 PM and lasts until 11:00 AM the following day.
  4. We do not handle check-ins or check-outs in person. All formalities are completed directly through the website. There are no staff members on site.
  5. Each spot/parcel has its own number, which is displayed on the utility post and the lighting lamp. It is not permitted to use a spot/parcel other than the one reserved.
  6. If you have made a prior reservation, upon arrival, position yourself at your chosen spot/parcel and begin using the Camper Park.
  7. If you make a reservation after arrival, park in the designated “TEMPORARY PARKING” area. Next, check the available spots/parcels on the website, choose one, and make a reservation. Then position yourself at your chosen spot/parcel and begin using the Camper Park.
  8. Before departure, ensure your spot is clean. Leaving trash behind may result in a fine of 500 PLN.
  9. Check-out is self-service. Simply leave your spot.
  10. Departure must occur by 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, you need to make a reservation for an additional night, if available.

§ 3. Using the Camper Park

  1. Within the Camper Park, there is a speed limit of 10 km/h for vehicles.
  2. It is strictly forbidden to light fires. In case of violation of this prohibition, the owner of the Camper Park may impose a fine of 500 PLN on the guest.
  3. It is possible to use charcoal grills; however, their use should not disturb the peace of others. Special caution must be exercised when using them.
  4. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  5. The Camper Park is intended exclusively for campers equipped with their own sanitary facilities. There are no sanitary or kitchen facilities on the premises of the Camper Park!
  6. The premises are monitored by cameras.

§ 4. Animals

  1. We only accept non-aggressive, calm pets such as dogs and cats.
  2. An additional fee of 10 PLN per day is required for each pet.
  3. The pet owner is required to have a current vaccination certificate with them.
  4. Every pet must not roam beyond the boundaries of the reserved plot.
  5. Moving around the Facility with animals is only possible on a leash.
  6. The caretaker is required to clean up after their animal.
  7. The caretaker is fully responsible for any behavior or damage caused by their animal.

§ 5. Other

  1. It is mandatory to separate waste within the Camper Park.
  2. The Camper Park guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of Camper Park equipment and technical facilities caused by them or their visitors.
  3. The Owner of the Facility is not responsible for incidents caused by other Guests of the Facility, extraordinary situations, or force majeure.
  4. The Owner of the Facility is not responsible for the belongings and property of the Guests.
